1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging Sharp Edge Siding of Brandon ("Company," "we," "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Sharp Edge Siding of Brandon provides exterior siding installation, replacement, and related services including vinyl siding, EIFS, Hardie Board fiber cement, and wood siding. All services are subject to a signed contract or written agreement prior to commencement of work. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Free estimates are provided without obligation. All estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen issues arise during the project. Any changes to scope will be communicated and approved in writing before additional work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. A deposit may be required to schedule work and secure materials. Final payment is due upon satisfactory project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue balances may be subject to collection fees and applicable interest.

5. Warranty

Sharp Edge Siding of Brandon provides a workmanship warranty on all installed siding. Specific warranty terms are detailed in your project contract. Additionally, many of the siding products we install carry separate manufacturer warranties. Our workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by extreme weather events (hurricanes, floods, hail)
• Normal wear and weathering over time
• Modifications made by the homeowner or third parties after installation
• Pre-existing structural issues not identified during assessment

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled project before work commences by providing written notice. If materials have already been ordered or fabricated specifically for your project, you may be responsible for restocking fees or the cost of non-returnable materials. Cancellations after work has begun will be billed for work completed to date plus any non-recoverable costs.

7. Property Access and Site Conditions

The customer agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area for the duration of the project. It is the customer's responsibility to remove or protect personal property, vehicles, or landscaping near the work area before work begins. We will take reasonable precautions, but are not liable for incidental damage to items left in the immediate work zone.

8. Permits and Code Compliance

Where required by local ordinance, we will advise customers on necessary permits. The customer is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all required permits are obtained. We install all siding in compliance with the Florida Building Code and manufacturer installation guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharp Edge Siding of Brandon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid by that customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from our services or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

11. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of website content. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our website content is prohibited.

12. Changes to These Terms
